When you have found the right match for you, you can submit your applications online. We encourage you to provide detailed resumes and cover letters that highlight your relevant experience and skills.

Screening

Our recruiter team conducts an initial screening of all applications to shortlist candidates whose qualifications and experience match the requirements of the role. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted regarding an interview.

Interviews and testing

The interview and testing process is adapted exactly to the role that is to be filled. Interviews often include your future leader to provide the best possibility for us to evaluate each other.

This process is the same for all applicants applying for the same position ensuring a consistent and unbiased evaluation.

Reference collection

As a part of our recruitment process, we ask for feedback from your references. Typically, we talk with former supervisors, colleagues, or clients who can speak to your work performance and technical skills. We ask all references the same questions, hereunder:
  • Details about the work relationship, role and tasks
  • The candidate’s strengths and areas of development
  • Feedback valuable for the candidate’s future leader

Final Evaluation

After the reference collection, our recruitment team and management will conduct a final evaluation of you as our future colleague.

Offer and Onboarding

New colleagues will receive a formal job offer, including details about the role, compensation, and benefits. Once the offer is accepted, our onboarding process begins. You will receive all necessary resources and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
