About the customer

The municipality's employees need a high-level trust e-service authentication that is easy to use when accessing the municipality's operational systems. Therefore, Staffanstorp has acquired Freja orgID as an e-service authentication for all their employees.

Requirements from the Municipality:

  1. Freja orgID should be integrated with the municipality's personnel system through the user directory.
  2. Freja orgID should be integratable with operational systems that support e-service authentications.
  3. Administration of Freja orgID should be easy to manage when the organization's personnel are hired, changed, or terminated.
  4. e-service authentication should identify the employee by the employment number instead of the individual's personal number and should only be used during the service provision.

Solution:

By using Freja orgID, Ciceron Authentication Service, and Ciceron Integration Platform, staff can easily and securely access operational systems without using a private e-identification.

Currently, Staffanstorp's employees have the opportunity to use e-service authentications for all departments and municipal companies with the following features:
