Management

We have had a comprehensive commitment to Karolinska's web solutions since 2018. This means that we are responsible for management, further development, new development, problem solving, design, editorial support, etc.

Issues are reported into the issue management system Jira and for urgent errors we have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with guaranteed initiation of problem resolution within 60 minutes.

Our management team is the single-point-of contact (SPOC), which means that we are responsible, in most situations, for managing cases that have dependencies on other stakeholders until the case is resolved.

External website upgrade

In 2018, we carried out a project that involved a major upgrade of Karolinska University Hospital's external web solution www.karolinska.se , which was based on an older version of Optimizely CMS . The aim was to modernize the entire platform.

The CMS system was upgraded, the search engine was replaced, integrations were optimized and the operating platform was changed. The solution is integrated with, among others, EK, Sharepoint and Imagevault.

Development of a new intranet

During the pandemic year of 2020, we developed a new intranet for Karolinska. The previous solution was unstable and outdated, and there was an urgent need for a new intranet. The budget and calendar time were limited, and at the same time the requirements were high.

We delivered on time and on budget, and the result was a new responsive intranet, based on a modern Optimizely platform and with a lot of functionality. The solution is integrated with, among others, EK, Domino LIS (document management) and MediaFlow. The intranet is currently used by approximately 15,000 employees.

"The development of the new intranet went very well! The collaboration, project implementation with a tight schedule and Twoday 's high technical competence have strongly contributed to a successful project and a good solution."
