Through our Quality policy we want to prove our commitment to personnel and stakeholders to maintain high standards in both product and service productions.

Understanding customer needs is the core value in all of the stages of our customer relationship. To fulfill the customer-oriented service principles, we need to have a highly motivated and committed personnel who is willing to act in accordance with the company values. Each individual will take responsibility of their own work and through this deliver the best work results.

We see quality as a comprehensive action, which both management and personnel is committed to, despite the organization unit or work assignment.

By measuring and following we can develop the quality system, personnel competence and lead the whole organization and its strategy to continuous improvement.

We are committed to follow the principles and the best practices of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 together with the regulations which affect medical devices and the high standards that are required when working with patient care data.

Quality policy will be addressed in the management board and it will be approved by the CEO.
