Kristin Nyberg, Country Managing Director of twoday Norway, has been awarded the Microsoft Power Women Awards 2025. The award highlights female leaders in technology who excel in leadership, innovation and diversity. Nyberg is one of 20 leaders in Europe to receive the award and represents Norway in this year's selection.
The award recognizes Nyberg's strong contribution to both technological innovation and social responsibility. She has 15 years of leadership experience in the technology industry and has a background as a civil engineer specializing in artificial intelligence.
"Kristin Nyberg is a visible and clear leader in Norwegian technology, and a role model for the next generation. She combines professional strength with value-based leadership and has shown a strong commitment to creating a more inclusive industry," said Microsoft in connection with the award.
Under Nybergs ledelse har twoday Norge opplevd vekst, blant annet gjennom store kundeavtaler, rekordhøyt medarbeiderengasjement og høy kundetilfredshet.
Under Nyberg's leadership, twoday Norway has experienced growth, including major customer agreements, record-high employee engagement and high customer satisfaction.

The award was presented during a ceremony at Microsoft in Oslo, organized by INSEAD and Microsoft. As part of the award, Nyberg receives an invitation to participate in the Microsoft Women's Leadership Program, developed at INSEAD Business School in France. During the award ceremony in Oslo, Kristin Skogen Lund, Chairman of INSEAD, gave an inspiring keynote on leadership, inclusion and the role of technology in society.
