Twoday climbs the Universum ranking for IT professionals in Denmark and Norway

Twoday have made a significant leap on Universum’s list of the most attractive workplaces for IT professionals. A trend seen in both Denmark and Norway. Universum asks IT professionals where they want to work and why. Their answers point to professional growth, but also to purpose. Technology must create real value. It’s about trust, leadership, flexibility and the opportunity to apply knowledge in practice.
“Such a strong move tells us that what we are building works. People feel the difference and the market responds. Our principle is simple: Technology only matters when it creates lasting competitiveness and better services for citizens and customers,” says Jannie Laurberg, CPO at Twoday.
Strong positions in both Denmark and Norway
After only three years as an independent player in the market, Twoday is now making big strides up the list in both Denmark and our neighboring country Norway. In Denmark, Twoday has climbed to number 23 on Universum’s list of the most attractive employers among IT professionals—a jump of 21 places from last year. It is the second-largest leap in Denmark this year, surpassed only by the Armed Forces. In Norway, Twoday has been awarded the prize for “Highest Climber of the Year,” moving up 15 places on the list.
“A big thank you to all our talented colleagues who contribute every day to making Twoday a place where people want to be and want to grow. We believe that when people thrive, they create the best technology and the strongest solutions for our customers,” concludes Jannie Laurberg.
