twoday selected for extensive digitalisation project for the Savings Banks Group

twoday has been selected as a supplier for the Savings Banks Group's large business development project to implement their new digital vision. twoday will help renew their customer management solution in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

This is a substantial and long-term reform for the group of local, Finnish savings banks.

"We are making the biggest investment in our company's more than 200 year history. The investment enables a faster ability to react to changing customer needs. However, it is not just an IT project, but a business reform. The end result will be a smoother everyday life for both our customers and our employees," says Karri Alameri, CEO of Savings Banks Group.

The implemented solution makes extensive use of Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure technologies, which are at the core of twoday's offering.

"This is an ambitious project in which the Savings Banks Group takes big steps in the utilization of cloud services to support business processes. We believe they will achieve a significant competitive advantage with an improved customer experience. We are very eager to participate in building this reform," says Petri Lillberg, CEO of twoday Finland.
