Step 1
Talent Acquisition Interview
Your journey begins with our Talent Acquisition Partner. This is your chance to explore the role, learn about our culture, and ask questions. We’ll also get to know your background, motivation, and career goals.
Step 2
Technical Interview
Next, you’ll meet one of our technical colleagues to dive deeper into your skills, interests, and experience. For some roles, this step includes a short practical task to help us understand how you approach real challenges.
Step 3
Final Interview
In the final step, you’ll meet a customer or one of our coaches to talk about your ambitions and how they align with our projects. This conversation is about confirming a mutual fit – both in technical expertise and personal preferences.

What is the history of Twoday Lithuania?

We started in 2011 as part of Visma Group and grew from 4 developers into one of Lithuania’s largest IT companies. In 2022, we became Twoday after CVC acquired the group. 

What does the name “Twoday” mean? 

“Two” represents partnership with customers and togetherness among employees. It also symbolizes equality, teamwork, and collaboration. “Day” reflects drive, presence, and trust – and our commitment to delivering on time. 

How many employees work in Lithuania? 

More than 160 people are part of our team in Lithuania. 

Where are twoday offices in Lithuania?

Do you have a hybrid working model? 

We offer a flexible work setup – you can choose where you work from, but we encourage regular office presence to connect with colleagues. 

Can I change projects? 

Yes. If your current project is no longer challenging or you’ve outgrown it, you can switch to another project. 

What is a coach at Twoday Lithuania? 

Coaches are experienced tech professionals who support our teams with guidance, mentoring, and career development. 

What is HiveJumping? 

HiveJumping is an initiative that lets you work from any Twoday office across five countries: Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. 

What is the no-nonsense culture? 

At Twoday, employees – not managers – make key decisions. In Lithuania, this is supported by eight employee-led committees: Benefits, Competencies, Culture, Internal Affairs, Internship, Kudos, Leisure, and Techies. 

What is the investment program? 

All employees can invest in the Twoday Group on the same terms as our main investor, CVC – giving you access to shares not available on the public market.
