Meet Nur

Software Designer

“I’ve grown here — not just as a professional, but as a person”

When Nur joined Twoday as a trainee in 2017, she didn’t yet know that the company would become the place where she would build both her career and her confidence.

“I started here while I was still studying,” she recalls. “I was looking for a company where I could learn, develop and make a real contribution — not just do trainee work.”

After completing her traineeship, Nur was offered a permanent role as a Software Designer, and it felt like a natural next step. “The transition was smooth because I already knew the culture — people are helpful, open and supportive. You never feel like you’re on your own.”

A culture built on trust and togetherness

What stands out most to Nur is the trust she experiences every day. Working remotely — even from abroad — is not only possible but encouraged when it helps her perform at her best.

“Flexibility is a big part of why I love it here,” she says. “It means I can give my best at work while also having time for my family.”

Even though she often works remotely, connection remains strong. “Whenever I go to the office, it’s easy to talk to people. You can always ask for help or offer it. That sense of togetherness is what makes the culture special.”

Designing meaningful technology

In her current role, Nur customises EBS, twoday’s proprietary business application platform, for client needs — a mix of low-code programming, process development, and front-end configuration. It’s work that sits at the intersection of creativity and structure.

“I like that my job combines logic and design. You get to see how your solutions actually help people work more efficiently — that’s really motivating.”

She believes that Twoday’s purpose, “We create a better tomorrow through technology,” genuinely reflects the company’s mindset.

“For me, it means taking responsibility. The systems we build today will shape the future — for our clients, and for the next generation.”

Balancing life and ambition

Nur is also a mother of four, something she speaks about with both pride and realism.

“It’s not always easy, but Twoday makes it possible,” she says. “The flexible working hours and understanding from my team mean I can be there for my family and still do work that challenges me. That trust goes both ways — it makes me want to deliver my best.”

Growing together

Looking back, Nur sees twoday as more than just an employer. It’s been a partner in her personal and professional growth.

“I’ve had the chance to learn new skills, take on different projects, and still feel supported,” she says. “That’s what’s kept me here — the balance between ambition and empathy.”

For Nur, it’s simple: when people are trusted, they grow. And when they grow, so does everything around them.
