What’s the twoday culture like?
twoday's culture is characterized by a strong work ethic combined with a compassionate and understanding approach. We foster a culture of trust among team members, where everyone is willing to lend a helping hand, infused with humor and a positive atmosphere.
What are some initiatives you take part in at the office?
I have mostly worked remotely, so my time spent in the office has been limited. But when I do go into the office, I find it easy to seek assistance from my colleagues and offer my help to them as well.
What’s your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as well as going to the gym. I have a passion for food and cooking. I also find fulfillment in continuously expanding my knowledge by learning new things about coding and exploring different cultures.
How would you describe the ability to balance life and work as a twodayer?
Having flexible working hours is a tremendous advantage as it allows me to effectively manage and balance my responsibilities as a mother of four children alongside my work.
