Meet Linnéa

Data and AI consultant

“I try, evaluate, and try again until I get it right.”

On a bright afternoon in Gothenburg, under the steel structure of the Älvsborg Bridge, Linnéa drops into the ramp at Röda Sten skatepark. She moves with a mix of focus and curiosity. Landing some tricks, missing others, and trying again without hesitation. Skateboarding, for her, isn’t about performance. It’s about presence. “On the board, I have to be completely in the moment,” she says. “Everything else quiets down.”

That mindset has followed her far beyond the skatepark. What began as a hobby became a philosophy: fall, get up, adjust, try again. It’s a way of learning that has shaped the way she approaches both challenges and opportunities, especially in her role as a Data & AI consultant at Twoday.

Carrying the mindset into work

Linnéa describes herself as someone who learns best through doing. Skateboarding taught her early on that progress happens in loops: small experiments, small failures, small wins. “I’ve taken a lot from skateboarding into the rest of my life — especially the idea that mistakes are just a natural part of learning,” she explains. “It shows up in my work when I take on tasks or tools I haven’t used before. I try, evaluate, and try again until I get it right.”

Her days as a consultant at Twoday reflect that sense of movement. One moment she’s syncing with a customer, the next she’s deep in a technical problem or coordinating project tasks. Right now, she’s part of a team building a data platform for a major school group, a project that blends problem-solving, collaboration, and the unexpected — the same combination that keeps her coming back to the skatepark. Alongside her project work, she’s involved in Twoday’s sounding board and helps plan student activities, something she finds energizing and meaningful.

And just as she finds flow on the board, she finds it in her work. “I can get the same feeling when I dive into a problem and lose track of time,” she says. “It’s that same focus, that same presence.”

Her willingness to challenge herself has also opened new doors. She has spoken at several events, something that once felt intimidating, and taken an active role in shaping Twoday’s student initiatives. “Those things have helped me grow in different ways,” she says. “Even when they felt scary at first.”

A culture that encourages curiosity and courage

What makes Twoday a good match for someone with Linnéa’s mindset is the culture: one that values initiative, experimentation, and trust. “Twoday pushes me to try new things and take more responsibility,” she says. “It makes it easy to stay curious and dare things I haven’t done before. I think that says a lot about us as a company. We experiment, we learn along the way, and we trust that people grow when they’re given the chance.”

The sense of community she experiences at work mirrors the one she found in the skateboard world. There’s always someone willing to help, teach, or simply cheer you on. Sweden has a strong Data & AI community within Twoday, where colleagues share knowledge, collaborate on challenges, and meet regularly. And if she needs support, there are colleagues across the Nordics she can always turn to. “It feels very similar to skateboarding,” she says. “Supportive, open, and encouraging.”

Her growth is also shaped by the people around her, especially her manager. “She knows which direction I want to develop in and helps me get there,” Linnéa explains. “Whether it’s new tools, new projects, or personal goals, she’s there. That kind of support makes it easier to grow both professionally and as a person.”

Energy in, energy out

At work, Linnéa gets energy from people and problem-solving, the combination that consulting offers in abundance. Outside of work, she recharges through movement, time in nature, and the routines that help her feel grounded and balanced.

“It’s that balance that lets me be my best self,” she says. “On the board, at work, and everywhere in between.”
