twoday strengthens its market position with the acquisition of Bear IT's software business
twoday has acquired BearIT's software services business in Finland. The company's 15 employees and software business accounts will be transferred to twoday Group.
BearIT was founded in 2013 and has had two distinct business segments: software services and digital employment services. Going forward, BearIT will focus on developing its digital employment services and coaching business. The software business will be transferred to twoday group. The acquisition is part of twoday's growth journey to be the leading solutions partner for digital transformation in Europe.
