Job Overview

The twoday Group Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing
financial operations of the company from an international perspective, with the
additional responsibility of providing financing reporting. The role will require
extensive knowledge of IFRS reporting standards, M&A accounting, and the
ability to interpret financial data from a global perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial consolidation process for the twoday Group, ensuring compliance with IFRS reporting standards
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards for the consolidated group
  • Drive transfer pricing across the Group including policies and documentation
  • Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Establish and maintain financial control framework
  • Take ownership of lender reporting
  • Produce financial statements for twoday Group in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in  accounting regulations and standards, and implement changes as necessary

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting
  • Experience with IFRS accounting
  • Experience with M&A
  • Proven track-record from a similar controlling position or from your work as an auditor.
